San Francisco 1.25 Meter Net

The purpose of this net is for 1.25 meter operators to meet, practice and discuss operation on 1.25 meters. This net meets the first and third Tuesday of each month at 1230 hours Pacific time on the KB6LCS repeater operating on 224.420 MHz, with a negative offset and a 136.5 hz PL input tone. The KB6LCS San Francisco repeater is provided courtesy of the N6NMZ repeater network. For more information about the N6NMZ repeater network, please see www.n6nmz.net.

The net is not directly affiliated with a club, though it's net manager, WH6OI is a ARES/RACES volunteer for NALCO in Berkeley California. The N6NMZ repeater network supports the CDF VIP Amateur Radio Operations in the Nevada-Yuba-Placer Ranger Unit, the Placer County Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue operations and The Colusa County Sheriff's Department.

All licensed amateur radio operators are welcome to join us.
